\u201cThanks to my many years\u2019 experience in national and international sales and customer service, I combine extensive practical experience with a sound technical and business background. In addition to my HTL qualification as a \u2018mechatronics engineer\u2019, I successfully completed the diploma and master\u2019s degree programmes in \u2018Industrial Engineering\u2019 and \u2018Industrial Management\u2019 at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences in Saxony, Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The motivation behind the founding of SIMON SALES stemmed from the conviction that personalised, reliable and consistent sales work makes a significant contribution to a company\u2019s long-term success. Many companies offer high-quality products and services, but are unable to provide the necessary level of support to each of their existing customers, nor can they approach potential new customers in a targeted and personalised manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIMON SALES supports companies in providing professional customer care and re-engaging existing customers, as well as in the targeted acquisition of new business partners. Unlike standardised call centre solutions, the focus is not on anonymous mass outreach, but on carefully selected target companies, in-depth discussions and a personal presence with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
